1. Data Controller

AWAS Premium Resources (SSM Registration: 202603141446) is the data controller responsible for your personal data collected through LiveID (liveid.asia). For any data-related enquiries, contact us at hello@awas.asia.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data when you register for LiveID: • Full name (optional, for display purposes) • Phone number • Email address • Selfie photograph (facial image) — collected at registration as your permanent profile photo • Social media links — provided voluntarily by you • Verification page visit logs — IP address, browser user agent, referrer URL, and timestamp of visits to your verification page

3. Why We Collect Your Data

Your personal data is collected solely for the purpose of: • Verifying that you are a real human being • Creating and maintaining your unique LiveID handle • Displaying your verified identity on your public verification page • Processing your payment • Sending you renewal reminders and service communications • Detecting and preventing fraud and duplicate registrations

4. Legal Basis — Explicit Consent

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) Malaysia and its 2024 Amendment, your selfie photograph constitutes sensitive personal data (biometric data). We collect and process this data based on your explicit consent given at the time of registration. You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account.

5. Third Party Data Processors

Your data may be processed by the following third-party service providers on our behalf: • Cloudinary (Cloudinary Ltd) — secure cloud storage for your selfie photograph • Neon (Neon Inc) — database hosting for your account data • ToyyibPay — payment processing • Resend — email delivery service All third-party processors are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for any purpose other than providing services to LiveID.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, plus one (1) year after account expiry or deletion. Upon account deletion: • Your selfie photograph is permanently deleted from Cloudinary • Your personal data is permanently deleted from our database • Your handle is retired permanently and cannot be re-registered Verification page visit logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months.

7. Your Rights Under PDPA

Under the PDPA Malaysia, you have the following rights: • Right to access — you may request a copy of your personal data held by us • Right to correct — you may correct any inaccurate or incomplete data • Right to withdraw consent — you may withdraw your consent and delete your account at any time via your dashboard • Right to data portability — you may request your data in a structured format To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@awas.asia. We will respond within 21 days as required by law.

8. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to cause significant harm to you, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required under the PDPA 2024 Amendment. We will also notify affected users as soon as practicable.

9. Your Selfie Photograph

Your selfie photograph is used solely as your LiveID profile photo displayed on your public verification page. It is stored securely on Cloudinary. We do not use your photograph for facial recognition, biometric matching, or any purpose beyond identity display. Your photograph cannot be changed after registration and will be permanently deleted upon account deletion.

10. Cookies & Tracking

LiveID uses a first-party cookie (liveid_ref) to track referral codes for up to 30 days. This cookie is used solely to attribute registrations to the correct referral partner. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising trackers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of LiveID after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
